"Truth seldom is pleasant; it is almost invariably bitter. A loss of courage may be the most striking feature which an outside observer notices in the West in our days..." Alexander Solzhenitsyn, Commencement address at Harvard University , June 8, 1978

Thames Valley and Wiltshire meeting

What a meeting it was. 26th july, the sun was shining and the heat was almost unbearable...... It really made you want to be on a beach soaking in the sun, or just chilling at home with a can of cold stella, but not today, the nf had a job to do. About 20 comrades turned out on this day, not as good as the last meetings turnout but not to bad when you consider that this unit is very new.

The meeting startes with a speech from the unit organizer Joe, giving the latest goings on in the nf, very good speech. Then it was my turn, i gave a short speech about the anti-gay pride demonstration being held in 12 days time and briefly giving an explanation as to way the demo is being held. Then it was Bernard Franklin- Vice chairman of the nf- A good speech. Then came George, a big bearded fellow from the w. midlands, and what an inspirational speech he gave. he really got the crowd going.

This unit is new, but by god is it growing fast.......
